Warrior Wolf Women series

Well, it looks like “Warrior Wolf Women of the Wasteland” has become a series. I’m writing two prequels and two sequels for it. Three short ones and one long one. The three short ones will be collected into a single volume and released later in the year or early next year. I’ve completed one of the prequels already, “Barbarian Beast Babes of the Badlands” which is about Apple, Talon, and Hyena, plus some new characters. The other prequel I’m writing right now, which will be all about Samurai Hamburglar. The third novella will follow Talon, Slayer, Nova, and the rest of the warrior gang directly after the events of Warrior Wolf Women of the Wasteland. The long sequel will be a stand alone novel, set several years after WWW and will mostly focus on Pippi and Daniel Togg. It will be called “Pippi of the Apocalypse.”

I’m really excited about writing all of these. I haven’t really been able to get the WWW world out of my head since I wrote the book and it’s been fun to return to it. Plus, I always wanted to write a trilogy.

  2. Awesome news! WWW is already the most richly-layered, character-driven book you’ve ever written. I can not wait to see more stories set in this world!

They are going to be very B-movie with a lot of focus on action and gore.

I’m 9500 words into the Hamburglar novella right now, which is basically just a typical zombie-esque story about the Hamburglar and a handful of soldiers traveling to a remote outpost that is swarming with crazed mutants. It will focus quite a bit on the Hamburglar’s past and how he became a samurai.

I just discovered Warrior Wolf Women earlier this week, and I’m quite happy that you’ve decided to go ahead with writing more in the setting. I’m hoping that you will be showing the process of becoming a big sister in some more detail than was shown in the first book. Alyssa was interesting, and I would like to see more of the process, and maybe a view of what life is like as a big sister.

Hey, I’ll have to consider this. I wasn’t considering this yet but I might get into Nova’s transformation and post transformation. In the 2nd or 3rd book. Or maybe in a separate short story. It’s likely I’ll do this because she’s a major character yet I hadn’t really thought of what to do with her in the sequels yet.

That would be very cool indeed. Now all I have to do is exercise patience while you plot and write Nova’s story.
