BizarroCon Report
I’ve been out of commission for a few weeks doing conventions and recovering from said conventions. I’m just now getting back in the swing of things.
BizarroCon was a blast, as always. If you happen to be somebody interested in becoming a bizarro writer you should go next year. You should go every year.
Jeff Burk wrote up a BizarroCon Report last year for the Magazine of Bizarro Fiction. This year he has written about it in his blog. To read about BizarroCon 2009, go to:

Rose Okeefe, who organizes BizarroCon, also wrote a little something about the event here: Thanks to all BizarroCon Attendees!

Hey,
I am very interested in finding out more about bizarrocon and other events or forums for struggling, scraggly writers like myself and some close friends. Your work is amazing, and inspirational to a outsider like myself who is just seeking a few “unclogged” minds to evaluate and/or appreciate (or hate) the stacks of printed stories, memoirs, rants from various journey’s I’ve taken in thought, or in flesh. Anyways, thank you for your help in building these creative networks and please keep me posted as to any up-coming events (especially in the L.A. or Bay area). Thank you for all the work, fun, and creativity you put into the underground fiction scene!
