Carlton Mellick III

This is a centerpiece at The Wonderland Book Awards, created by Angie Molinar and Chrissy Horchheimer. It was based on a the cyclops girl with the goldfish mohawk from Ultra Fuckers, originally designed by Ed Mironiuk.
